Was referred this place and its wonderful!! Kept taking my car to bmw dealership and spending over $3000. Bmw could not figure out the problem after having my car for 2 almost 3 months straight. This place is an absolute gem and the place to take your BMW to! The prices are fair, in fact they are cheaper than other shops I took my BMW to.

The owner, Brian, is extremely knowledgeable about these cars. At other places there’s always a waiting list to get work done even if it’s only supposed to take a few hours, and they rarely call you with updates, unlike BTG. Brian had my water pump and thermostat diagnosed and replaced that day.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. I just wish I had only found them sooner!

Sent this repair shop a 2011 BMW X5 that needed a head gasket. The hourly rate was decent for the area and not trying to overcharge. While the vehicle was down, they replaced my alternator as well without charging me for the labor.

Unfortunately for the shop, my BMW kept throwing an engine light. This is where I'll justify my 5 stars. It took them multiple attempts to find out why the engine light kept going off, but didn't charge me any extra labor or parts. They repaired the issue for the agreed on price. I'm sure this project was frustrating as it was an injector seal issue at the end that wasn't sealing correctly when they reassembled the engine.

Once all was repaired, this car runs faster and harder than when we bought it! The head was completely reworked and now wife is happy to keep the car for a couple of more years!

I love supporting small businesses and so happy to have found this auto shop that specializes in German cars just minutes from my home. Our Mini Cooper Countryman has a German engine and needs a mechanic who knows those engines.

They were able to get my car in quickly and their prices are VERY reasonable!!

The have a small office / waiting area with seating and complimentary water and snacks.

Kelsy was very nice and friendly helped me get everything set up for the appointment! They make it very easy to pay for services by sending a text with a link so you can pay before you get there. That way you can grab your car and go!

They are open Monday through Saturday from 8-5. Shop doesn’t have any sign outside of it really, so when you see a bunch of BMWs you’re in the right place.
